Nature of Services
Pet grief coaching is a supportive service designed to assist clients in navigating the emotional impact of losing a pet. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, or medical treatment.

Not Professional Therapy
Grief Coaches who work with Paws and Tails at Peace, llc are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or psychiatrists. Coaching sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. Clients are encouraged to seek help from qualified professionals if they are experiencing severe emotional distress, depression, or mental illness.

Personal Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own emotional well-being, decisions, and actions. Coaching provides guidance and support, but outcomes may vary. There are no guarantees regarding the results of coaching sessions.

Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s written consent, unless required by law (e.g., threat of harm to self or others).

Payment and Scheduling
Sessions must be paid in advance and are scheduled through the designated booking platform. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in pet grief coaching, you agree to release the coach from any liability or claims resulting from your participation. You accept full responsibility for your emotional and mental health decisions.

Agreement
By booking a session, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer and waiver.
